  1. The Barking Cards Special Edition Readme File  4/19/99

  3. This Barking Cards Special Edition is brought
  4. to you by Blaze Technologies, Inc.  It includes a 
  5. collection of our favorite cards for you to personalize and 
  6. send. You can customize the text in the cards, add more text, 
  7. add photos, images or clip art, record voice messages or add 
  8. pre-recorded sounds.  When you're done personalizing a card, 
  9. simply hit the DONE button on Main Editing screen and follow 
  10. the instructions for saving the card.  You can then send the 
  11. self playing card to your recipient by attaching it to an 
  12. email or by saving it to diskette and sending the diskette.  
  13. You'll need a system with the following minimum configuration
  14. to create and send the card (it can be SENT to anyone 
  15. with a Windows 3.1, 95 or 98 system):
  16.  
  17. - 486DX (or higher) IBM PC compatible 
  18. - 8 MB of RAM
  19. - 15 MB of available disk space
  20. - VGA or higher Video board
  21. - Sound card (if you want them to hear the sounds) 
  22.  
  23. TROUBLESHOOTING:
  24.  
  25. a) Pause/Quit toolbar is centered on the screen. 
  26.  
  27. If you run a Barking Card and the Pause/Quit toolbar displays in the
  28. center of the card, you need to adjust the settings of your video 
  29. card.  To change this, 
  30.   
  31.    - Hit the Start Button 
  32.    - Go to Settings 
  33.    - Select Control Panel 
  34.    - Choose Display 
  35.    - Then Settings 
  36.    - Then change the Center Dialog Box setting
